赶在农历新年的最后一天和朋友吃饭捞鱼生

如果有人问为什么文创产业能赚钱
那捞鱼生应该就是最好的例子

初七人日捞鱼生是很久前几个新加坡厨师 “发明”的
重点是能用最便宜的食材
最简单的方法
在新年里多卖一道菜
多赚一点钱

每样材料加一句吉祥话
大家一起互动的“捞”
慢慢就变成今天新年必吃的年菜

发明的厨师应该也喝过洋墨水
吃过外国人的沙拉
从中得到不少的灵感
